Where is Pastry Planet located?
Pastry Planet is a locally owned, small-batch cookie company based in Ocala, Florida. While we don’t have a traditional storefront just yet, you can find us popping up at farmers markets, events, pop-ups, and special appearances throughout Central Florida. We’re always on the move and our next destination could be yours!
Are your cookies made from scratch?
Absolutely. Basic isn’t in our orbit. Every Pastry Planet cookie is handcrafted in small batches from scratch, right here in our kitchen. From our doughs to our fillings, sauces, toppings, and many other components, we put serious thought into what goes into every cookie.
We’re recipe developers at heart, constantly testing, tweaking, and creating flavors you won’t find sitting on a grocery store shelf. No pre-made cookie dough. No shortcuts. Just wildly over-the-top cookies made with intention.
What chocolate do you use?
We proudly serve Guittard Chocolate, one of America’s oldest family-owned chocolate companies, renowned for its exceptional French-style chocolate. They are also use ethically sourced cocoa beans.
For us, chocolate isn’t just an ingredient it’s part of the experience. We carefully select ingredients based on flavor, quality, texture, and how they perform in our recipes, because every component has a job to do.
Do you ship cookies?
Yes! We offer shipping on select products, allowing you to get a little piece of Pastry Planet delivered beyond our local market stops.
Because our cookies are handcrafted and made with freshness in mind, shipping availability may vary by product and menu. Check our online shop for current shipping options and availability.
How fresh are the cookies?
Fresh is the whole mission.
Our cookies are baked in small batches and packaged with freshness in mind. We don’t believe in making a cookie months before you eat it.
Depending on the product, cookies may be baked specifically for an order or as part of a scheduled production batch. Our goal is always the same: get you a cookie that tastes like it just came out of our kitchen.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes!
Local pickup is available on select orders and dates. Pickup availability can vary depending on our production schedule, markets, and pop-up calendar.
When ordering online, simply select the available local pickup option at checkout.
Do you have a brick-and-mortar location?
Not yet… but we’re working on it.
Pastry Planet is actively working toward opening its first permanent location. Until then, you can find us out in the wild at markets, pop-ups, events, and other Central Florida destinations.
The mothership is still under construction. Stay tuned, we have big things orbiting the horizon.
